Amazing Mary

The talented Athens-born designer must be the best thing to come out of Greece for decades. Miss Katrantzou is known for her clever use of trompe l'oeil digital prints and exaggerated silhouettes, her collection was definitely one of LFWs highlights.

Ashish

Yesterdays Ashish AW12 show was a creative mix of Bollywood, New Age and grunge.. not for everyones taste I'm sure, but the Indian-born designers trademark sequin pieces are getting more popular by the season and I'm positive we will see his latest creations on our favourite artists in no time.
Amazing styling from Anna Trevelyan!
Glad I wasn't sitting behind Jodi Harsh..

Bracher Emden

I love these chic handmade bags from British accessories label Bracher Emden.
The art deco inspired design is beautiful carved into fine italian leather, giving the bags a luxurious yet modern look.
Bracher Emden recently teamed up with Bora Aksu to create some amazing bags (below) debuted on the LFW catwalk a few days ago.

Louise Gray

Louise Gray is one of the brilliant designers who makes LFW the more exiting, fashion foward and rawer version of the fashion weeks. Miss Gray attracted a big fashion crowed to her show last night and entertained us with amazing eye-popping prints, beautiful fabrics (like Scottish cashmere), clever bar code print boots by Nicholas Kirkwood and full on styling including punk/mohawk hats by Nazir Mazhar

Marc by Marc Jacobs

Some very cool kids strolled down the catwalk at the Marc by Marc Jacobs show yesterday! Boyish coats, velvet full skirt dresses, oversized jumpers and jumpsuits paired with motorcycle boots.
I know what I will be wearing this fall!

Die Antwoord for T by Wang

There is a collaboration we didn't think we would see... The South African rap group Die Antwoord fronting the new T by Alexander Wang campaign. The hyped Cape Town based rap duo was also front row at the successful designers AW12 show during the weekend.
Looks like Wang's keeping it real..

Jeremy Laing

Fell in love with Jeremy Laing's Fall 2012 collection. Great tailoring, cool, simple silhouettes, shift dresses with full back zippers and leggings in velvet denim (!)

Ramil Makinano

The lovely and talented London based designer, Ramil Makinano, lent me parts of his amazing collection for a shoot a few months ago. Photography by James Rees, hair/makeup by Therese Dombek, styling assistance by Claire Jones.

Hidden gem

I came over this lovely shop on Broadway marked in East London today. 69b stock a selection of chic items from sustainable fashion labels like Tricotage, Dagmar and Rae Jones to mention a few. I will definitely be back!
