Maria Grazia Chiuri and Pier Paolo Picciolis' third Couture show for Valentino in Paris last week was all a bit futuristic tribal meets draped chiffon dresses. With little of the label's traditional red dress along with some edgy styling it made for an interesting and visually beautiful, modern show. (..and yes,that is Alice Dellal)

Love love love these boots/high tops from Marc by Marc Jacobs SS10 collection. the combinations of leather,African patterns and thick rubber soles is very now and I think we will see loads of high-street copycats this spring.
Enjoyed seeing Two Door Cinema Club play at the Madame JoJo last night. The three young gentlemen from Bangor (Northern Ireland) are very talented and sound great with their electronic beats and jaunty guitars.
Two Door Cinema Club are signed to French label Kitsune and will be releasing their debut album next month.
Looks like Rock chic will be replaced by Boho this spring. Isabel Marants SS10 collection is a favorite among many buyers,editors and fashionistas and this spring she is finally opening her first London store located in Soho.Her new collection is very Ibiza cool containing tie-dye fringes and feathers . Love it!
I like my old school hip hop heroes and often use photos of the 80s style icons as fashion references on shoots. Back in the days by Jamel Shabazz is a great book for photography of early hip hop culture. Love the Sonic Editions website where you can find and purchase limited edition framed prints of some of the greatest Hip Hop and R&B artists. Worth checking out as quality is superb and prices start at only £59!
